FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How soon will I start seeing results?

Everyone is different, it depends on your starting point, metabolic health, compliance to the plan etc but with that being said - you can expect to start feeling more energized, less bloated and stronger within the first 4 weeks.

Couldn't I do this on my own?

Yes. You can do it on your own but if you want to save time, eliminate the guesswork and simply get to your goal as efficiently as possible then hiring a coach is for you. Even the best athletes in the world have coaches. The most successful people I know hire coaches. The thing is, time is limited and you probably already have a lot on your plate. why would you want to use the little time you have trying to figure out how to do something that's not your area of expertise? Why not delegate that to an expert with the knowledge and education who can remove all the guesswork and give you a blueprint you just have to execute it?

Will I ever see you in-person?

No. We do not offer in-person personal training sessions. In our experience, personal training is insufficient in providing clients with adequate nutrition support and lifestyle guidance to achieve life changing results.  Often, what you do outside the gym plays a bigger role in your permanent lifestyle transformation. So as knowing what to do and how to handle vacation, travelling, stress etc

Do I need a gym membership to join?

Ideally yes OR you have a a good home gym with at least: dumbbells (various weights or adjustable) - you need to be able to increase weights over time), adjustable bench, resistance bands, yoga ball, booty bands.

I've hired another online coach and didn't get results. How do I know this will work?

We can't speak for the work of other coaches. With that said there are a lot of people in the fitness industry who are sincere in their efforts but lack the experience, knowledge and education in women's health and metabolism to provide effective strategies for permanent body transformation. Our best advice is not to allow one bad experience hold you back from transforming your life.

Do you work with beginners too?

Yes! We work with anyone who wants to lose body fat or build muscle at any fitness level as long as you are willing to learn and ready to take action.

How much does the program cost?

Working with a highly qualified expert in fitness and nutrition for women is not free or cheap. It will require a financial investment. The total investment depends on the type of support and duration of the program. We do however offer payment plans should we decide to work together.

I'm afraid to invest.

Doing something new is always scary but amazing things happen on the other side of fear. The question I have for you is: what is it costing to not invest in yourself?
